What type of crystals do you use? |

We only use the finest crystal which is Swarovski Crystal. |

Do you use other types of beads? |

Yes, we use Venetian beads from Italy that are hand made and can differ slightly. Each design can vary slightly depending on availability of the bead which makes our jewelry all the more unique.
Also, because of the uniqueness of the hand made beads, availability is limited. On occasion our expert designers may have to substitute beads due to availability. Rest assured the end result will be that of equal or greater quality. |

What type of metals do you use? |

Chain: Sterling Silver or 14K Gold Filled.
Metal Beads: Antique Gold Plate, Antique Silver Plate; Sterling Silver or Vermeil (22k gold plate over sterling silver). |

What are your french hooks made of? |
|

Sterling Silver or 14K Gold Filled. Posts may be requested on french hook designs and vice a versa. 14K Gold is also available but there would be an additional charge based on the price of gold at the time of purchase. |

I do not have pierced ears can I request clips? |
|
|
In most cases clip-on are available. Note that some styles, because of their design, only come pierced and can be determined by viewing the photographs in our catalog.

How do we return a piece for credit or repair? |
|

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt and include a Return Authorization Number. To obtain a return authorization please telephone 954-309-2234 or email

. Returns are to be sent to our Customer Service Center. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received.
If you would like an item repaired, we will repair your piece at no charge for 90 days from purchase. After that time a repair charge of $25 plus cost of material will be applied. |

Can you make a necklace longer or shorter? |

Yes, however, for a longer necklace, additional charges will apply. |

What does the “One of a Kind” mean? |
|

These designs are created with a mixture of antique beads and beads from today and are truly a unique design. They truly are one of a kind, never to be made again. |

Where do the beads for the “One of a Kind” designs come from? |
|
|
|
Austria, Italy, Japan, Germany and Czechoslovakia. They date back to the 1920’s through the 1960’s. |

How long for delivery of my order? |

Please allow us 2-4 weeks. Typically if the product is in stock, we ship as soon as the order is received. Customized pieces would take longer depending on the design. |
